Impatience

Can’t wait for new albums by all of these artists…  so I’m bingeing on the pre-release singles and their back catalogs:

                Atoms for Peace – “Default” and “Judge, Jury and Executioner”

                Pat Metheny – Bright Size Life, New Chautauqua, We Live Here and Secret Story

                Steven Wilson – “Luminol” and “The Raven that Refused to Sing” – love the new video!

                                … as well as, Insurgentes, Grace for Drowning and Get All You Deserve

                                 

Also working on … working on … working this week, which is a roundabout way of saying that I’m clearing all the other crap away, so that I can get back to working on “Wolves and Coyotes” (working title).  More on that later.

More updates!

One of the regular readers of this blog asked for more updates on things that I’m writing; so in the spirit of aiming to please! 

This week, I am…

Working on:  A new short story in my “New Mexico” series.  This one focuses on the differences between “wolves” and “coyotes”…   among other things!  It is almost “finished”, the latter being a relative term, as always.

And editing:  The first few chapters of the mystery novel.  I have a new series of opening scenes, involving more of the back story for the lead character.  Can’t say much more about that, as I’ve been advised to keep this element of the plot to myself for now.
